• Damage caused by external forces, such as impacts during transport, handling by third parties, or unforeseen incidents.

• Damage resulting from improper packing, assembly, or securing of the bicycle, which may render the bike box unsafe despite its intended design.

• Any loss, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues that occur during transit, shipping, storage, or airline handling.

Safe Bike bike boxes are designed to provide protection under normal usage, but due to the nature of transport and individual packing methods, we cannot guarantee complete safety of the contents.

By renting or using a Safe Bike product, you accept full responsibility for the care, packing, and transport of your bicycle. Raceline Coaching Ltd expressly disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our bike boxes, including indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

This disclaimer applies to all users, rentals, and customers, regardless of whether instructions or guidance for packing and use are followed.
