Making Bike Box Hire Simple, Safe and Affordable
At SafeBike, we believe hiring a bike box should be straightforward, affordable and hassle-free. That’s why we’re challenging the traditional approach to bike box hire by offering zero-deposit bike box hire.
Unlike traditional hire services that may require a substantial security deposit before you can take your bike box away, SafeBike aims to make hiring easier by removing the upfront deposit requirement.
Our Customer Promise
1. No Deposit Required
Hire your bike box without paying a security deposit. We want to make travelling with your bike easier, without tying up hundreds of pounds of your money before your trip.
2. Free Delivery on Eligible Hires
Where available, we offer free delivery for qualifying hires of seven days or longer. This means you can arrange to have your bike box delivered directly to your chosen address, saving you the hassle of travelling to a collection point.
Free delivery is subject to location, availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
3. Convenient Door-to-Door Service
Where our delivery service is available, we aim to deliver your bike box directly to your door and arrange collection after your hire period. This removes the inconvenience of relying on third-party collection points.
4. Clear, Transparent Hire Terms
We believe customers should know exactly what they are paying for. Our hire charges, delivery arrangements, return instructions and any applicable damage or late-return charges will be clearly explained before your booking is confirmed.
5. Built Around Cyclists
Whether you're heading abroad for a cycling holiday, travelling to a race, or taking your bike on an adventure, SafeBike makes protecting and transporting your bike easier.
SafeBike: No Deposit. Less Hassle. More Riding.
Our aim is to make SafeBike the go-to choice for cyclists who want a convenient, affordable and reliable bike box hire service.
With no deposit required and free delivery available on eligible hires of seven days or longer, we're putting convenience first.
